In 1999 the RRTCADD at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the CARC began a collaboration to support families and individuals with developmental disabilities in future planning. Our interests primarily focused on aging families. Our project began with a series of workshops that provided information on legal/financial planning and accessing services in Illinois.
